VISITOR POLICIES

  • Children under age of 7 requires permission before entering
  • Stroller is allowed
  • Mobile phones, bags and personal belongings to be kept in locker before entering
  • Taking picture is allowed within Photo-zone only
  • Use of any images related to Radium are prohibited due to copyright
  • Food and beverages are not allowed inside
 

COVID-19 REGULATION GUIDANCE: THE RESTRICTIONS

For health and safety reasons, please observe the following:
Before entering the gallery, all visitors and staff will be asked the following questions and have their temperature taken as a safety precaution.

  • Fever of more than 36.5 degrees or above, or possible fever-like symptoms such as alternating chills and sweating or muscle or body aches that are not exercise related
  • New cough (not a chronic cough or your normal seasonal allergies)
  • Trouble breathing or shortness of breath /Sore throat
 

Reserve a ticket: Timed ticket entry. Tickets are limited to groups of six people or less due to limited in-gallery capacity and Limiting the number of guests to promote a physically distanced and safe environment.
Maintain social distance. We ask that Museum visitors stay at least 2M away from visitors outside of your party.
Wear a face covering. All visitors are required to wear face coverings that cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin.
